Cycling and health


First thing I think about, what is the best way that I can exercise?Then I looked up on the internet and found out that Cycling is the best way for me, because it is good for my health. Not only is cycling good for health but also to help save the environment.

There are many advantages of cycling for example, help with weight management, improve your mood, help to maintain strength and coordination and so on.

I think cycling is a good way for everyone. On the ride you can see the view and talk with friends. I like to ride my bike to the market, because i don't like to walk in the hot weather, so I think this is the best exercise for me.
